These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the luckyweekends.com website and your participation in events organized by Lucky Weekends Events Inc. ("Lucky Weekends", "we", "us"). By using our website or registering for an event, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Lucky Weekends is a live-music events company based in Toronto, ON, Canada. We organize festivals, concerts, club nights, open-airs and showcases. Our events are focused entirely on live music and community.

2. Using our website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way. Content on this site is provided for general information about our events and community.

3. Event registration

• Registration is confirmed by email once your details are submitted.
• Where an event has a fee, the amount is shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) at registration.
• Capacity is limited; spots are allocated on a first-come basis.
• We may require registrants to follow venue rules and our community code of conduct.

4. Code of conduct

Our events are welcoming spaces for everyone. Harassment, discrimination, cheating or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from an event without refund. Follow the instructions of our staff and venue partners at all times.

5. Cancellations & changes

We may occasionally need to change an event's date, venue, format or line-up. If an event is cancelled by us, paid registrants will be offered a refund or transfer. Please review individual event pages for any specific refund terms.

6. Media consent

Our events are often photographed and recorded for highlight recaps and promotion. By attending, you acknowledge that your image may be captured in general event footage. If you would prefer not to be featured, let our media team know on site.

7. Intellectual property

The Lucky Weekends name, logo, website design and original content are our property or used with permission. Artist names, trademarks and related assets belong to their respective owners and are referenced for informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lucky Weekends is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or attendance at our events. You participate in physical activities and use equipment at your own risk and are responsible for your personal belongings.

9. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Ontario.
